Explore the seven main chakras in this series, which meets once a week for 8 weeks. We will experience vibrational modalities relevant to each chakra, including sound healing, essentials oils, gemstones/crystals. Each class will include an overview of the main aspects of the chakra, a guided meditation, toning, sound healing, a time for reflection/journaling and sharing. This is an experiential workshop series, and participants are asked to commit to all eight classes to receive maximum benefit.

Series dates are 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5 & 3/12. Morning and evening session times available, if enough participants for both. Please indicate your preference when registering. Morning class 11am-12:15pm, Evening class 6-7:15pm.

Participants are asked to bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing. You may wish to wear colors representative of each chakra to class for added intentional benefit.
